Isolating and cultivating fungi to get a quality inoculum

With the arrival of autumn and the beginning of the fruiting of the mushrooms, ID Forest is working tirelessly to collect all the species of fungi that are used in the inoculations and the field during the Mycorestore project. In our laboratories, we isolated and cultivated the mycelium of these fungi to get a quality inoculum. Natalia from ID Forest isolates several examples of Lactarius salmonicolor, a typical species of Abies alba fir trees, recently arrived from the Pyrenees.
