Mycelio hosted a group of 16 people who signed up for the mycotourism weekend in collaboration with hotel l’Avenc de Tavertet. The group learned about wild mushrooms by a local mushroom expert and about cultivated mushrooms by Mycelio’s team. The group also had a tasting of a variety of mushrooms and dinners prepared with mushrooms at the hotel. At the end people went home with a bag of incubated substrate and a basket of fresh mushrooms to try at home. To be repeated!
