On November 18th, the IDForest team visited the demonstration plot in Linares de Riofrío to monitor the progress of the logs that were set up for fruiting on October 5th. These logs, after almost a year in the incubation phase since they were inoculated on December 11th, 2021, were moved from the incubation area and placed in a fruiting position on October 5th. During the visit on November 18th, it was observed that the mycelium is already emerging from inside the logs and that the first fruiting bodies will soon start to appear.
