Cerdeira’s and Silveira’s team applied training

The Cerdeira team applies the knowledge of forest management and chainsaw handling acquired in the “The Regenerative Systems Design Retreat” course, conducted as part of the LIFE MycoRestore project.
The course included theoretical and practical sessions on handling forest management tools such as chippers, trimmers, and chainsaws. The acquired skills allow them to make the most of the period before the summer begins to clear new forest areas, thereby seeking to reduce the risk of forest fires.
The promoters of “Cerdeira – Home for Creativity,” partners of the LIFE MycoRestore project, are firmly committed to using what they have learned in terms of sustainable mycology and forestry management in their areas of responsibility, as well as sharing and disseminating the knowledge and experience they have gained.
