Today, pupils of the Escola Pública El Roure Gros of Santa Eulalia de Riuprimer (Vic) visited Mycelio’s installations as part of the school’s excursion programme. The team of Mycelio explained what mushrooms are, how they grow and the kids could pick a few for them to take home. As part of LIFE Mycorestore dissemination activities, also the value of mushrooms for the forest was explained and the group of 10 & 11 year kids turned out to be very motivated to learn more about forest health and impact of climate change.
